Matt Dwyer vs. DaMarques Johnson

Round 1: Johnson starts with a stiff jab and Dwyer returns with a couple leg kicks. Dwyer comes out swinging and Johnson lands some heavy punches that seem to stun Dwyer. Dwyer’s mouthpiece comes flying out off a big shot and a few seconds later the ref calls time to let Dwyer get his mouth guard. Both fighters stand toe-to-toe and swing huge punches with Johnson landing the heavier of the shots. As Dwyer steps in, Johnson looked to lock in a guillotine, but Dwyer pulled out. One of the fighter is bleeding, but it’s tough to tell who, as there is blood on both men. Johnson lands a stiff right hand , but Dwyer takes it and clinches against the fence. On the split, both fighters swing big shots and then take the center of the cage. Dwyer lands a big knee with time running out in the round and then comes in to continue the punches until the bell.

Round 2: The two touch gloves and Dwyer pushes forward. Dwyer begins to use his reach and land a couple jabs as well as a high kick. Johnson follows up with a big right hand, but Dwyer returns with a punch of his own. There is blood flying everywhere. Johnson is breathing heavy and Dwyer takes him to the mat. Dwyer ends up in Johnson’s half guard and throws down some big punches. Johnson is opened up from some big punches from Dwyer and the referee calls on the doctor. The fight continues with Dwyer in Johnson’s half guard. Johnson gets on top and drops punches to the body and head. Both fighters are sliding all over the cage, as there is blood everywhere. Dwyer is able to get to mount and throw down punches and elbows to force the referee to stop the fight.

Adam Santos vs. Nathan Swayze

Round 1: The two shake hands to kick off the co-main event. Both fighters very patient and feeling each other out. Swayze throws a stiff leg kick and Santos follows up with a well placed right-left combination, which forced Swayze to clinch. Santos pushes the fight up against the cage and the two fight for position. Swayze has a small cut under his left eye from the earlier exchange. With just over two-minutes left Santos is able to finally get the fight to the canvas. In half-guard, Santos works to throw down punches and elbows. After some big punches, Swayze is able to get back to his feet. He gets a takedown of his own, but Santos is able to take the back position with both hooks in. From the back, Santos throws down punches and secures the deep rear naked choke to force Swayze to tap.

Dejan Kajic vs. Yannick Paré

Round 1: Paré rushes in, but Kajic is able to step aside. Kajic taunts Paré and throws his arms out. He then rushes in and throws some big punches, clinches up and unloads a few well places knees. Paré takes a giant breath on the release and Kajic lands a giant punch to the body that stuns Paré. Kajic looks to the referee to stop the fight, so he unloads a few more shots to force the stoppage in action.

Russ Mccumber vs. Dane Newel (Amateur Featherweight Title)

Round 1: Mccumber immediately takes the center of the cage, but Newel lands a flying knee and rushed in with punches that puts Mccumber on his back. Newel moves to the mounted position and is throwing big punches at a furious pace which forces Mccumber to cover up. Newel continues to throw down bombs and the fight is stopped after a big elbow to the body.

Chris Anderson vs. Mike Crisp

Round 1: Crisp and Anderson both take the center of the cage and throw punches. Crip clinches and looks to grab on to a double leg takedown, but Anderson defends well. On the break both men wing big punches, but miss. Up against the cage, Anderson is able to capitalize and get a takedown, but Crisp grabs on to Anderson’s leg. As he attempts the knee bar, Anderson regains top control and sits in Crisp’s half guard. Anderson postures up and lands numerous punches to the body and face. With 10-seconds left, Anderson pulls back and unloads lefts and rights to Crisp’s face.

Round 2: Anderson lands a one-two combination to start the round, but Crisp is able to grab a double leg takedown. Anderson immediately sweeps and winds up inside Crisp’s guard. As Crisp looks for another leg-lock, Anderson backs out and then jumps in with punches to the face. After a number of punches, Anderson gets to side control and punishes Crisp with a big knee to the body. He continues to rain down punches, which forces the referee to call a stop to the action.

Saeid Mirzaei vs. Bronson Petterson

Round 1: Petterson looks to touch gloves, but Mirzaei wants nothing to do with it. With Petterson in his guard, Mirzaei looks to lock in a triangle, but is unable to finish. When the two stand up Mirzaei lands a stiff head kick. Mirzaei gets a double leg takedown and is able to take Petterson’s back and lock in a deep rear-naked choke to force the tap.

James Foster vs. Shaun Dhillon 

Round 1: Foster circles the outside of the cage quickly and rushes in to clinch up against the cage. Dhillon looks to break, but Foster immediately lands a knee to the body and clinches back up. The two battle in an amateur wrestling clinch around the cage until Foster pushes the fight back up against the fence. Foster is able to snatch up a single leg takedown right as the bell sounds.

Rounds 2: Dhillon lands a well placed side kick to start the round and Foster rushes in. Dhillon was able to create space and land another side kick to the face and Foster instantly clinches. Foster looks to go for a takedown, but gets nothing but air. Dhillon looks to be the fresher fighter and is landing kicks and punches at will. Foster looks to clinch with just over one minute left, but Dhillon is able to turn him around. Foster gets the fight against the cage, but is unable to do anything, as they split the round ends with both men swinging.

Round 3: Another sidekick from Dhillon lands and Foster rushes in for the clinch. He pushes him up against the cage, and eventually gets the double leg takedown. Foster isn’t able to keep him down for long and Dhillon pushes the fight to the center of the cage. Still in the clinch, but men throw uppercuts that land. Dhillon is beginning to control where the fight goes in the cage. When the two break, the bloody Foster lands a short combination, but the two clinch up again as the bell sounds.

RESULT: Shaun Dhillon def. James Foster via Split Decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)

Perry Hayer vs. Christian Tremayne

Round 1: The two combatants tough gloves to start the round and Tremayne lands a stiff jab. Tremayne clinches against the cage and after a bit of work lands a nice trip takedown. Sitting in Hayer’s guard Tremayne  is taking some decent punches from the bottom and a slight cut opens up on his head. Hayer was able to sweep to get on top with only thirty seconds to go in the round.

Round 2: Hayer immediately lands a stiff leg kick and follows up with some big punches that stumble Tremayne. Hayer ends up in Tremayne’s guard, but the second he opens it up, Hayer stands up and begins to lands punches. Tremayne immediately clinches against the cage and works the single leg. When the two split, Hayer lands some more big punches and Tremayne looks for the takedown, but Hayer ends up on top. After a lull in action, Hayer stands back up and Tremayne against goes for the takedown and Hayer locks up a guillotine. Tremayne was saved by the bell.

Round 3: Both fighters throw jabs to start the round. Hayer looks to land some big punches and Tremayne locks up the clinch against the cage. Blood is dripping from Tremayne and lands on the computer screen (Tremayne apologizes to me). Hayer looks to lock in a guillotine, but ultimately uses it for a takedown and controls the top position. Hayer locks up an anaconda choke, but Tremayne is able to get out. Hayer stands up out of the guard and as Hayer looks to land some punches Tremayne is able to get a takedown with just seconds left.

RESULT: Perry Hayer def. Christian Tremayne via Unanimous Decision
